Expedited Shipping Frustration

Make sure you understand their shipping policy before ordering. They sent me duplicate orders and I paid over $60 in shipping alone for what was only to be two sets of suspenders. I ended up receiving and paying for 4. Communication was sub par and it cost me. They refused to reimburse me anything, which I should not have had to pay the overnight fee. They said all orders shipped within 3-5 days. Their website says "There are ways to speed up the process if this time frame does not work for you!" I immediately sent them an email after I ordered telling them I needed within a week to complete a wedding party order. I received an aknowledgement email, which I appreciated. I thought when they acknowledged my email they would have my order to me in the exoedited time frame I needed. I didn't received any other communication until several days later stating my order won't arrive until Saturday, after the time I needed. Because of this, I had to overnight a second order, costing me ANOTHER shipping fee, which was overnight and more than $40. I had no choice but to pay. I'm a wholesale customer, paid retail because of their high MOQ. I reached out to them a couple times pleading my case, but they don't feel like they should make it right with me. Super nice people on the phone, and maybe even in person, but when it comes to doing the right thing......well.....I paid for it!!!! I have owned my two businesses for combined 31 years. I have never treated a customer the way I was treated, especially over a shipping charge. On the flipside, the suspenders are fine and my clients liked them. I did a sigh of relief when they arrived. I attended the wedding and they all looked great.
