Q: How can I determine the suspenders will be the correct shade I need?
A: Ask our team. If you can send a picture of the shoes, belt, of fabric you are trying to match, we would be happy to send you our opinion of what suspenders you will need to have the perfect outfit!
Q: What do I do if I submit the wrong mailing address?
A: Reach out to our team! If your order has not been shipped, we will make a note on your order of the correct address.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Because we are a small family owned business, our processing time is 3-5 business days, not including shipping. From there, standard shipping is 3-5 days in the US. There are ways to speed up the process if this time frame does not work for you!
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you have any problems with your order, please message us before leaving a negative review. Customer satisfaction and feedback is very important to us.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless we have made a mistake by sending you the wrong size or color. Please make sure you measure before ordering and ask any other questions you may want to know. We will be more than happy to answer them! If you are concerned about a color, we encourage you to order a material swatches so you can view and compare colors in person.
Q: Can I make an exchange?
A: Exchanges are considered on a case by case basis. Saying yes to every exchange means slowing down processing times on orders and is difficult and costly for a small business to handle. We do NOT offer exchanges on suede shoes.
Q: I need my order ASAP! How do I get it quicker?
A: Please select priority shipping when checking out as this speeds up the processing and shipping time. Also, write a note on your order of the date you need your purchase so we get your order out in time.
Q: How do I know which size to pick? What is the best way to measure?
A: All of our listing have ages listed as approximations. They are listed so that you may obtain an accurate size while measuring. To measure for suspenders, place a string at the middle back of pants, up and across the shoulder, down the side of chest to where the clip will fasten on the front of the pants. To measure for the bow tie, cut a piece of paper in the measurements above and hold it right up against the front part of your neck where the bow tie would be.
Measurements do not include the clip but the all the suspenders are adjustable! If you are not able to measure the kiddos, then we would suggest ordering by the size of their shirt and pants but not their age as height and weight can play a part in the size. Highly encouraged: babies younger than 6 months should be measured before ordering.
Q: What are the sizes of the suspenders?
A: SMALL (approx 0-5 years old): minimum length 14” ; maximum length 24 ¾”

LARGE (approx 5-10 years old): minimum length 18” ; maximum length 33”
TEEN (approx 10-18 years old): minimum length 25 ½” ; maximum length 45”
ADULT (approx 18+ years old): minimum length 35” ; maximum length 67”
Q: What are the measurements of the bow ties?
A: Kids size measures 4" x 2"
ADULT (approx 11+ years old): measures 4.5" x 2.5"

Q: What size is the medium set?
A: Our medium set comes with small suspenders and a large bow tie. The perfect size for a toddler!
