ALL RETURNS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED FOR PROCESSING UP UNTIL 7 DAYS AFTER THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED.
There are three steps to our Return process.
STEP 1: Please provide pictures of the items in their original packaging: You can attach these pictures in our chat rooms (Etsy or LondonJaeApparel.com) or you can send them as an attachment in an email subjecting “Return Item and Packaging Pictures” with your name and order # to customerservice@londonjaeapparel.com Before processing any Return we require these pictures to ensure quality assurance.
STEP 2: Please send your items back in the original packaging with a note including:
1. Name
2. Order NUmber
3. Reason for Return ( ie. color didn’t match, fit wasn’t right, damaged product etc.)
STEP 3: Please ship your order within 7 days of your approved Return: Once we receive your Return in its original packaging, it is then inspected to ensure quality assurance. A refund will be issued minus the shipping cost and a small restocking fee from the original order. For any item that is returned to us whether needing to be exchanged, replaced or no longer needed, the customer is responsible for the Return shipping fees. Returns must be shipped back within 7 business days after a Return has been approved. If we receive your order after the 7 day approved Return time frame, a larger handling and restocking fee will be deducted from your original order.

EXCHANGE
ALL EXCHANGES WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR PROCESSING 7 DAYS AFTER THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED.

STEP 2: First, go ahead and place a NEW ORDER with the items you are needing. When checking out, please make a note stating "Exchange" and the order # you are making the Exchange for. This will notify us of your order so we can get it in the mail quickly.
STEP 3: Then, send the first order back in the original packaging with a note including:
1. Name
2. Order number
3. Reason for Exchange ( ie. color didn’t match, fit wasn’t right, damaged product etc.)
Once we receive your order for Exchange (in its original packaging), it is then inspected to ensure quality assurance. A refund will be issued minus the shipping cost from the original order. For any item that is returned to us whether needing to be exchanged, replaced or no longer needed, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Exchanges must be shipped back within 7 business days after an Exchange has been approved. If we receive your order after the 7 day approved Exchange time frame, a larger handling and restocking fee will be deducted from your original order. Within the first 7 days of order being delivered, you are able to Return your items. If it exceeds the 7 day return period, your order will be considered for EXCHANGE which then is given a 30 day time period. However, once it exceeds the 7 day return period, RETURNS will NOT be approved, only EXCHANGES will be considered to be processed.

Please look at the processing and shipping times BEFORE ordering. Because we are a small family-owned business, our processing time is 2-5 business days, not including shipping. This means it can take up to a week to prepare, package and drop your order off at the United States Post Office.
From there, all packages are shipped USPS First Class (estimated 2-5 days domestic) (estimated 7-14 days international) unless you pay to upgrade to a faster USPS priority shipping speed during checkout.
